Everyone knows that the sight of a bare female breast can cause irreparable damage to young children. After all, that's why God invented infant formula, (that and, of course, so American business can rack up huge profits from starving people in the Third World).

Europeans, unlike Americans, are routinely and unabashedly exposed to nudity on television. I'm sure your father, our esteemed Secretary of State, can explain to you how they have been adversely affected. Particularly the French.

So please let me know if I can be of any assistance to you and the FCC with your probe of Ms. Jackson's right breast.
